SCSH Snowbirds offers a number of Special Events throughout the season. The purpose of these events is to bring members together in a variety of additional social settings on or off-site. Our annual group outings to one or more AHL Coachella Valley Firebirds hockey games at the Acrisure Arena are very popular. This past season, we held our first Championship Putting match on the Montecito Putting Course and we have decided to make this an Annual event. We also visited the Palm Springs Air Museum for a tour and hosted a Canadian Snowbird Association presentation. Each season we attempt to organize different experiences for our members. In the past we have attended a Polo Match, PS Winter League Baseball, Desert Theatre productions, hosted a Magic Show, etc.
